West Furnishings wants every order to be handled clearly and professionally. Return eligibility, shipping costs, supplier rules, and inspection requirements may vary depending on the product and delivery method.

Returns must be reviewed and approved first so items are sent to the correct supplier, warehouse, or fulfillment location.

30-day return window

Return requests should be started within 30 days after receiving the item. Items must be unused, unassembled where applicable, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Furniture and oversized items

Furniture returns may depend on item type, supplier rules, condition, packaging, delivery method, and whether the item shipped by parcel, freight, local delivery, or white-glove delivery.

Return costs

Customers may be responsible for return shipping, freight charges, and supplier restocking fees unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return authorization

Do not send items back without written return authorization. Approved return addresses may be a supplier, manufacturer, warehouse, fulfillment partner, or another approved return location.

Damage or wrong item

Inspect orders as soon as they arrive. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support within 48 hours with the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Non-returnable items

Custom orders, special orders, made-to-order items, clearance items, final-sale items, gift cards, opened or assembled items, and items not in original packaging may not be eligible for return.
